Most enjoyable stay once we managed to book in no thanks to WOTIF. Cici at reception was fabulous along with duty manager Charles Chen. Had a room on the 17th floor overlooking Pearl River was terrific. Breakfast was well presented and plenty of choice.
Relatively new hotel situated along the riverside of Zhu Jiang River. Very near to famous Beijing road shopping district and plenty of street foods to indulge in. I opted for the higher level room with river view and was extremely happy with the view. The room was spacious and clean with a blossom theming design. I love the fact that there’s a concrete platform near the window. You can just sit there and lost yourself by watching the cruise goes by. The hotel staff was also friendly and helpful.
Horrible metallic noise from the vents at night. Couldn't sleep at all and had to get an earplug. Staff couldn't figure out what was the reason. Definitely don't recommend if you want sanity the next day.
