Very good hotel and friendly person! Next to it are some restaurants and shops as it is in the city center but next to hills location is excellent.

Very nice and modern apartments. Nice interior, very good location. Restaurants and shops very close. Perfect place for a short stay. The wellness littlebit overpriced. Staff was helpful. If you have neighbor in the next room it could be noisy.

Very Disappointing Stay We booked this hotel mainly because of the advertised outdoor pool, which turned out to be unavailable when we arrived — something that was never mentioned on their Booking page. After raising this issue with the staff (which was very difficult as their English was poor), they finally admitted the pool was not heated and wouldn’t be ready for use until June 13th — again, not stated anywhere before we booked. After an uncomfortable argument, they reluctantly offered a free one-hour spa session but made it clear that it was a “lot of work for them” and that they’d have to charge it through the booking system. This felt more like a hassle than goodwill, which is unacceptable for a hotel that isn’t cheap to begin with. To make things worse, nearly every facility was for an additional fee, leaving the impression that the hotel is focused more on upselling guests than providing a quality experience. For the price and the promises made online, this stay was absolutely not worth it. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
