The rooms were very nice, but the cleaning staff was insufficient. We stayed for 4 days, and during that time, the towels were not changed. We had to specifically request cleaning, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. I suggest that you re-evaluate the performance of your housekeeping team. On the other hand, we were very satisfied with the reception staff. Especially Ms. Venesa was extremely friendly and helpful. We would like to thank her in particular.

Clean room with shower gel and shampoo included. Separate towels for outside pools and wellness too. Fine dining cuisine, 2 soups and 3-4 main dishes for half-board menu, vegetarian options. Breakfast is hearty (Hungarian style) with drinks included. Excellent hotel personnel, free to stay until 12:00 if your room is not immediately occupied after your stay. Lobby bar has friendly staff and authentic cocktails. Bathrobes for rent are available for cheap price. However free of charge to rent, bring a hairdryer as they are not installed in the bathrooms. We might have received a room with faulty heating appliance, so earplugs can be necessary if you cannot sleep in low noise of the gurgling water. TV in the room has few Hungarian, but several German and Slavic language channels. Downtown is max 10 mins walk, really refreshing. Overall stay was exceptional, thank you very much for the great time!

Okay. There are plusses and minuses. Plus: central-ish, access to thermal pools, good food (you get breakfast and dinner), sauna. The place is clean. In fact it was brand new when we arrived, so new, nobody did a snag list. Our toilet paper holder was mounted upside down and our blinds kept falling off the roller. Okay so these are the minuses, the sauna has a limited opening but it is a good one. The service is a nervous type like I used to see in the 90's. Bless. Still a good experience, can only get better.
