Huge shoutout to front desk, particularly Patrick!! I had one of the most insanely great breakfast experiences recently, and I just have to share! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and the delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee made me feel right at home. But here’s the best part, I ordered their signature pancake, and let me tell you, it was next level. The pancakes were fluffy clouds of sweetness, topped with just the right amount of maple syrup and fresh berries. Halfway through, the chef came out with a surprise: a mini waffle shaped like a heart! They said it was their way of making the morning extra special. Honestly, that little touch made my whole day. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I swear the server remembered my favorite coffee before I even ordered it. They even brought out a little sampler of homemade jams to try, and I’m still dreaming about that tangy raspberry one. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that goes above and beyond with food and service, this place is a must-try. I’m already planning my next visit!

Stay was fine, hotel was nice overall. Room was tiny, and no door for the shower area was weird. Didn’t get to visit the bar as there was a private event when I stayed. Location is great if looking to stay in center city proper. Park across the alleyway. $40/night compared to the $70 they charge at their lot. $70/night is crazy for parking.

Our hotel reservation was secured via American Express services, and upon arrival, we held optimistic expectations. The initial check-in process was notably enhanced by Patrick at the reception desk. His professionalism and welcoming demeanor significantly contributed to a positive first impression, and he provided valuable insights into local dining options. Our assigned room on the top floor was well-appointed, featuring ample space, effective air conditioning, and a separate washroom and toilet, all of which met our expectations. Later that evening, I sought water, and while Patrick was off-duty, the subsequent receptionist's demeanor was less engaging. The following day, we utilized the "do not disturb" sign until approximately 1:00 p.m. Upon returning from our city exploration, we found that our room had not been serviced. We contacted the front desk to request towels in order to prepare for our departure. Housekeeping delivered only two bath towels. I subsequently requested two hand towels and also contacted the front desk. Despite a two-hour wait and a follow-up call, the requested hand towels were not provided. Consequently, we were obliged to proceed without them. Upon our return, the room remained untouched, and the requested hand towels were still not delivered.
