Customer service was excellent. Prompt response for extra towels and toiletries. Room and property were clean. Breakfast buffet was included and changed daily. Tap water from room safe to drink and taste like filtered water as Aruba utilizes advanced desalination and disinfection technologies to provide safe and high-quality drinking water.
Hyatt Place Aruba Airport exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was always fresh. One day, there was live music at breakfast. It is a walking distance from the airport (a 2-3 minute walk). Daniel, from the front desk was so personable and helpful during our entire stay. We rented a car. Most places we traveled to were about 15 minutes away--nothing too far.
People were very helpful and nice. The rooms do NOT have microwaves, that was a negative. The room was not very bright. Very clean. Nice breakfast included. Location is key, it is right next to airport and rental car services. The pool was clean and had early and late hours. If you ask you can use beach chairs , just return to desk. Room Card keys needed to use elevators. Food court located on first floor. Hotel lobby is on 3rd floor. Parking is $12 usd a day. Good budget friendly option.
