Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place! The quality of service was truly top-notch — the staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food — great variety and taste that exceeded expectations. Everything about the stay was seamless and relaxing. If there’s one suggestion to make this the perfect staycation spot, it would be the addition of a spa facility on-site. That would truly take the experience to the next level.

This review is only for lunch buffet at Hyatt's 24x7 cafe.. The food was average. There was nothing fancy or attractive about it. Though the food was cooked well, the taste felt pretty ordinary. It didn't feel like a 4-star hotel experience at all. The spread was very minimal. There were no starters on the buffet counter, but they served 2 starters each for veg and non-veg when asked. The open kitchen felt a lil too loud. There were hardly any guests, just two tables(including ours). Desserts were left open and could have been covered. Espresso was good. Will not visit again.
