⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay – Truly Five-Star! I recently had the pleasure of staying and I must say, it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and offered stunning views. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the luxurious bathroom amenities, spoke of elegance and thoughtfulness. Room service was prompt and the food – absolutely delicious. What stood out the most was the attention to detail. Whether it was the personalized welcome note, the seamless check-in experience, or the concierge’s helpful recommendations, everything reflected the hotel's commitment to excellence. The property itself is a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort – with beautifully maintained spaces, a world-class spa, and a pool that feels like an oasis. Dining at the in-house restaurants was a highlight, offering a range of cuisines with exceptional presentation and flavor. Features 248 well-appointed rooms and suites, including Club Rooms offering perks like complementary breakfast at their All Day Dining Punjab Province. Scotch Haus located at Lobby level is a nice and cozy lounge cum bar serving excellent cocktails and other soft and hard beverages in addition to a wide variety of scrumptious food. Facilities include a full-service spa, outdoor pool, gym, children’s play area, and a free shuttle to the Golden Temple . Our room was an Executive Suite on the Top Floor with excellent Pool and Panoramic City View. Had a relaxing session at the Shanti Spa and trust me the therapist, Karma was one of the best I’ve experienced. Staff is super courteous and welcoming.

I don't get why there are negative reviews here. The hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. Rooms were small but good condition. The service also was quick. They gave an early check-in too. The location is close to a mall which was convenient. Couldn't try any food unfortunately .
