This hotel is like an oasis in Yogyakarta. The staff is amazing! The rooms are nice and clean, the garden and Pool are wonderful. We also got a lot of help with dietary restrictions and in both restaurants they took great care to cook free of gluten.
Every time ee visit Yogyakarta, we stay here. The service is always outstanding. This time we got upgraded room, since the extra bed was not available. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Various choices, from local to continental menus. The baker chef offered us freshly baked croissants, and tasted so good. My husband compared with the one in Paris, and he said it’s the same. I tried the original Yogyakarta food, Gudeg, and I grew up here in this town. I can say the Gudeg tastes very good, so I don’t have to stroll around just to have it. Overall it’s always a pleasant experience here.
Hyatt Regency Yogya isn’t exactly in the city center, but the facilities are truly the best in town. Trust me, this hotel is genuinely designed for both personal and family travelers. If you’re into outdoor activities or sports, this is the perfect hotel choice. And last, don’t forget to try the food at their outlets, it’s delicious too!
