Amazing Day Pass Experience – Especially Thanks to Helena! I visited Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus for a day pass four times, and every visit was a great experience. The hotel has an amazing beach, a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is very welcoming and kind. What truly made my visits special was the manager Helena. I was traveling alone with my 2-year-old son, and when I had a small issue, she personally took care of it. Helena did everything possible to help me, and I really appreciate her support and kindness. She made me feel safe and comfortable, even while traveling alone with a toddler. I definitely recommend this hotel for a day pass or a longer stay. I will happily come back!

Seaweed in Punta Cana forced us to switch to this side of the island last minute. Our good luck!! Although it is an hour drive from PUJ, it’s worth it. We did this through JB vacations. The staff, activities, beach, pools food and drink are great. Wonderful cocktails served by lovely people. plenty for kids of all ages to do, including a giant bouncy pool dome. With regards to virtually any request, we found the staff available and prompt. I have to hold back one star for the Air Conditioning in building 2. It’s virtually not functional and should be addressed. 3 nights could barely sleep. Same is not true in other buildings. Closing on an up note: the italian a la carte dinner is THE BEST all-inclusive-a-la-carte I have ever had. these are usually hopeless. But not at Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus (IHD). The food here consistently at a high level: theme nights: spanish night w/ fresh cut Jamon! DR night w chimi and mofongo bar. 24 coffee bar makes delicious iced coffees.Always plenty of shady spots by the pool and beach. The fitness center should get its own 5 Stars. Everything is clean and new. The dive center people and the catamaran crew (Pedro, Capt. Freddy & Hector) are fantastic. Great videos and wonderful attitudes. The grounds are lovely and filled w peacocks and local avian life. it’s a paradise.

Very good hotel at an excellent location. The race to reserve sun loungers on the beach and at the swimming pool is something that I don't like. And some fruits were missing at some bars. Besides that, the hotel is very good.
