ibis Singapore On Bencoolen

My partner and I had a great stay. The room is small, and there is no room service dining available. Other than that, we had a great stay. Very comfortable bed with quality sheets. Awesome location in Singapore, and the staff were not only super friendly, but very helpful and accommodating.

I liked the view from my room, bed was comfortable but important to know that king bed is two twin connected so i downgrade myself to queen bed room as i don't like to have a gap in the middle of the bed. Ive got offered a late check out for that. The free mini bar was a nice add, the room smells good and clean, towels are nice, shower is good, elevators are a bit slow as more people use them. Overall i liked the hotel

I don't know if what we paid for 3 night stay for 3 people is close to benchmark, so I'll not comment about the price, however this hotel calls itself a 4 star and I'm sure the price is set accordingly however I've never seen a 4 star hotel that doesn't have a pool. Forget about the pool, they don't even have room service? That was a big shocker! This hotel is at best, a 3 star and should be priced accordingly. I know where not to stay next time in Singapore.
