Icaro Hotel

Stunning!! We arrived here after staying at Grand Hotel Tremezzo on Lake Como so we weren’t expecting much but WOW were we blown away!! Loved it here more than anywhere else we’ve stayed on our honeymoon so far. The service is impeccable - everyone is so kind and attentive. The food is amazing, 100% recommend including meals with your stay. The view is insane, felt like we were in a movie. We rented bikes through the hotel and just rode around - most magical day. The pool does close at 7pm which isn’t ideal but worked for our schedule one day. Can’t wait to come back here again, telling all my friends about it!!! Well worth it, so sad to leave.

a magical little hotel with satisfying design language in all the details and great food. the dessert buffet is something special if you manage to catch it. the surrounding area is so beautiful at first and last light. the only point of confusion was that they do not offer conditioner in the rooms but sell bottles of it at the front desk :~) otherwise a perfect stay.

This place is a four star hotel as I know but two young girls working in the restaurant, I asked them if we could bring my leftover dish to my room, because I wasn't feeling so great, and they said "Of course!!" and it never arrived in my room. The next day I asked the other friendly guy (He wasn't in the restaurant on the first night) he even asked me if I'm okay with that food because I couldn't finish it. He gave me a container box for take away. So the two girls didn't understand correctly and clearly what costumer said and said "Of course!" That's not professional for the hospitality especially in the FOUR STAR HOTEL. I couldn't really trust those girls but I could feel comfortable with the guy, he's professional for the expensive hotel for sure. (Room no. 118) The Pools and Saunas were amazing! Clean and perfect view.
