Sleek hotel with very knowledgable and kind staff. Rooms are really nice and mine had a great view of the mountains surrounding Santiago. Staff let me check in early too which was nice. Only qualm was I couldn't find much around the hotel to do, but maybe I didn't look hard enough.
The hotel is modern, beautiful, has charming architecture and a beautiful view. But the breakfast and the reception service are what really set it apart. It is definitely worth it for those who want to be close to the Las Condes region.
Great hotel for two nights. Location excellent as big shopping mall just a few minutes walk. Tried the spa but didn't really like the pool area, too noisy and dark. Preferred the lovely rooftop area pool and views of Santiago.
