They have staff that are not so friendly (afternoon-night). On the morning we were attended by more friendly. They do not have in-premises hotel, so you have to pay additional fees for parking, which for the room rates I’d imagine it’s already included.

Hotel is located at the corner of a busy street and it was very loud, even through the night. The drivers love beeping their horns here. In front of the hotel is a big sewage drain which causes an awful stench which will leak into your room. The rooms are small and the water doesn’t get that hot. Was told by front desk that the faucet water is undrinkable. They do provide drinks in the tiny fridge at cost of 3x more than stores. You even have to pay for the coffee! There is no free parking! They charge daily. Once I paid for the room, which was nonrefundable, then they charge you additional for the daily pet fee. Was told by management that my dog cannot be in the room for more than 3 hours a day by itself, regardless that I paid for the pet fee. The only reason why I don’t rate the hotel a one star is because the valet guys were friendly, helpful ,and attentive, and the cleaning women do a good job keeping the room up and are friendly as well. There a shops and restaurants at a walkable distance.

Worst experience ever! Upon check-in, we were treated by unpleasantness. I booked directly from the hotel website, and upon check-in, they wanted to charge us an additional 30%. When confronted, the front desk night manager, claimed that we should contact Booking. When I told her that i booked on the website, she claimed "we don't have a website"! She then stated "if you don't like it you can leave". This astonished us and then when we said we are not going anywhere until we figure this out, she told her co-workers to call the police! Once she left, we worked out the issues and we stayed the night. Once checked in the room, there was a horrible smell in the room. One of the workers helped us to disinfect the room to get rid of the odor. All in all, the night manager (female) had zero customer skills and didn't even know the hotel she manages. Upper management should revisit their hiring practices and their training protocols.
