I'm on vacation at this hotel. The spa is fantastic. I spent the week with Neyla, an excellent masseuse, very professional in her massages. Thank you to the management of this spa for their availability and kindness... I recommend it during your stay 💥💥💥💥💥 Nathalie.
We didn't have a good vacation. The hotel is in full decline. The staff is no longer motivated at all. Fortunately, Sami at reception was able to offer us his incomparable kindness and sunny smile throughout our stay. Thank you, he's a dear. Not to mention the power outages, sometimes up to 35 degrees in the room, and the supposedly widespread water outages in Djerba. However, the 3-star hotels nearby only experience outages of 20/30 minutes. Here, it's sometimes 4 hours in a row. A hotel to be avoided at all costs.
