Imperial Hotel Taipei

I had a great experience staying at the Imperial Hotel. The service from the staff is amazing. There is also a decent breakfast with good coffee. The rooms boast a classical decor and there is a nice English style pub opened late. I would like to Thank the manager Lillian for her patience and understanding with a reservation issue. The hotel has an all around great group of professionals working at the place. Thanks

The hotel has the most friendly staff I have ever met in a hotel. They are sincerely friendly, honest and helpful. The hotel itself has nice rooms, not too big but more than enough to stay in. Most rooms have double beds, TV, refrigerator, bathroom with bath and shower in the bath, sink and hairdryer. The rooms are clean and can be serviced every day. The location is central in the city and you can get everywhere quickly by metro with a metro station just 400 metres away. Breakfast is a blend of European and Asian food. The gym has enough to get by with some machines and weights.

Really nice, flexible employees. We were ina room near a pump on the roof and they put us in a nicer room. Daily housekeeping and very clean hotel. My Mandarin is close to non- existent but that wasn't a problem. They have an excellent breakfast buffet.
