Infinity Hotel Makkah

Had a super comfortable stay at Infinity Hotel. The hotel offers free parking within the premises, which is a big plus in Makkah. Rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Musaid at the reception, extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rates were very affordable (possibly due to the off-season), but overall, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Just 5–6 minutes’ walk to Haram, making it a great and convenient choice. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Infinity Hotel with my mother during Hajj, and overall, our experience was disappointing. Food: Breakfast was always the same with no buffet option. Meals were served in pre-packed boxes with no variety. The salad, for example, was given to elderly guests in large, uncut pieces and full of raw onions — clearly lacking care and attention. For a hotel catering to pilgrims during such an important journey, this was unacceptable. Cleanliness: Housekeeping only came to empty the bins. Rooms were not cleaned unless we specifically asked, and even then, a tip was expected in return for proper service. This level of service should be standard, not conditional. Location: The location is not bad — it’s not too far from the Haram, but do keep in mind that the walk involves an uphill slope, which can be tiring for elderly guests. Overall, I expected a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and food quality during such an important spiritual trip. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves the experience for future pilgrims.

ok the location is good but the service is the worst the girl in the reception was very rude, the cleaning is 0 they don't check the rooms and never come to clean it, the food is the worst almost same menu for now 5 days i'm here ! and i'm suffering from food poisoning due to their food
