INK Hotel Amsterdam MGallery

Loved our stay. Great location. Easy to get to anything. So much within walking distance and the tram is right outside. Loved that they let us check in early since our room was ready. The room is a little tight and the refrigerator doesn’t really cool but the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Staff was great, very professional and did their absolute best to help with any questions and always friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at INK Amsterdam – MGallery Hotel in February 2024! The hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of the city, we could easily walk to most attractions and enjoy the charm of Amsterdam. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind and the restaurant service truly stood out. Every morning, we were warmly welcomed by two amazing women : One Moroccan and one Brazilian, whose kindness and smiles made our breakfasts even more special. It was such a pleasure to see them each day. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. I also had the chance to speak with the hotel director, who was genuinely warm and caring. You can feel that she’s personally involved in the daily operations and makes sure everything runs smoothly, it really elevates the whole experience. If I had to mention one small detail, it would be that the rooms are a bit compact, but the overall experience and exceptional service more than make up for it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return!

Absolutely great location of the hotel and building is quite nicely built. Rooms and bed were very comfortable. Except. When we came back, I had a few and my wife had a lot of bedbug bites all over the body. We really struggled of we should post this review, considering otherwise we had a fabulous stay, but in the end decided that we should, for awareness of other travelers and because of the fact that we'd probably avoid staying at this hotel next time
