INNSiDE by Meliá Fuerteventura Adults Only

We stayed at INNSiDE Meliá Fuerteventura for 3 nights as a couple, and it was great.Beautiful views and a calm relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to rest,enjoy nature and for kite surfing. The staff were very kind and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist. Our room was clean, smelled fresh, and felt very comfortable. The food was delicious, with a good variety and fresh ingredients. One of the things that touched us most was the hotel’s thoughtful policy toward the local stray cats. They are well cared for (from staff and guests) and welcome everywhere on the property, adding a warm and homey feeling to the stay. We even had the sweetest little visitor who chose to sleep in our garden every night, a true highlight. A well deserved five stars 🤍

Beautifully located hotel. An amazing beach is just in front, as windy as the rest of the island. The rooms are large and comfortable. Good breakfast. Kind personnel. There is a very nice pool, but the number of parasols is limited. A car to explore the surroundings is highly advised. Very minor point: insonorization of the A/C units on the top of the building might be further improved. Overall, an excellent experience.

This was by far one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. On the third day of our stay, €350 in cash was stolen from our room – and all signs point to the cleaning staff. We trusted this hotel, and that trust was completely broken. What’s even worse is how the hotel handled the situation: with silence, excuses, and complete lack of responsibility. We were never given a proper explanation, no one genuinely tried to help us, and there was absolutely no compensation offered. We were left to deal with this alone while trying to enjoy our vacation — which was completely ruined. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to treat its guests like this. We felt ignored, unsupported, and honestly betrayed. We would absolutely never stay here again, and we strongly advise others to think twice before booking. A holiday should feel safe and relaxing. This was anything but.
