We stayed in the Wellness Panorama Room with a balcony, jacuzzi, and private sauna — and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was super clean, really well laid out, and had a cool industrial design that made it feel modern and different from your usual hotel vibe. The jacuzzi and sauna were amazing to come back to after a day of walking around the city, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. The location was ideal for us — it's in Amsterdam but a bit outside the busy centre, so it felt peaceful and not crowded. Still, it was super easy to get into the city centre: just a 5-minute walk to the Rietlandpark tram stop and then tram 26 takes you straight into the centre within a few minutes. We’d read in some reviews that the construction around the hotel was a downside, but honestly, it didn’t affect us at all. We barely noticed it, and it didn’t take away from the experience in any way. All in all, a brilliant stay. The room, the facilities, the location — all spot on. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again.

Every staff member I interacted with was professional, warm, and helpful. Whether it was front desk staff offering sightseeing tips or restaurant servers remembering my preferences, the service felt genuine and personalized. Definitely staying there again

I don't recommend this hotel at all. Never book or even try to be near them. First of all we had a paid booking for expensive rooms. They were so rude to us. We explained we are 4. Our friend forgot her ID in Germany. But she had photos, address paper and also a credit card under her name. But they were rude and just kicked us out saying we cannot accept you. We just booked another beautiful clean hotel. And the staff were lovely. Please stay away or you will regret
