Wow! Once again, the staff truly made our stay perfect — they go above and beyond and are incredibly friendly, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. We’d definitely come back just for them! The hotel is stunning and modern, and being adults-only is a huge plus for a peaceful escape. The food was absolutely delicious, and the location is unbeatable, with shops, restaurants, and the beach just steps away. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway with your partner, this is the perfect place.

Came back from this lovely hotel on Saturday a week ago, hotel doesnt disappoint at all. Really good zen vibes, relaxing place. Staff are really friendly and polite and the food was really good, and the wines selections are fantastic. I would definitely recommend the knossos palace and amazonia zoo excursions and the activities such as yoga, silent disco and the wine tasting if you can get a slot it's popular. Tui blue never disappoints, definitely coming back one day.

I spent a small fortune and booked a room with sea view balcony and private pool. When we arrived we were shown a room that did not look anything like the room we saw on the website, it was next to a road and across from a very noisy hotel which would of made sitting on the balcony noisy, polluted and with no privacy. We refused the room and was shown to another room with a pool and a view of the foot path to the restaurant. The management treated my wife and I very well and tried to make up for it. Unfortunately Tui was not interested, there was no apology or refund for the difference in room charges. DRINKS Unfortunately if you want a decent branded spirit you will have to pay for it, even if you are all-inclusive. For the price of staying at this hotel I think all drinks should be branded and free for all-inclusive guests. FOOD Definitely not 5 star. I stayed for a week and ate out more than half a dozen times. I found the food repetitive. I have stayed at hotels far better than this one for location, food, and drinks for less than the price of this one. In my opinion this hotel is not worth a 5 star rating.
