InterContinental Bora Bora Le Moana Resort by IHG

We stayed 6 nights here for our honeymoon in the bungalow and we loved it. The bed is comfortable, daily housekeeping, and the outdoor balcony is amazing to watch sun rise. The lagoon is so beautiful to swim and snorkeling. I love feeding the fish inside the room. We saw couple sting rays swim by. The staff is super nice. Hotel gave out free kayak, paddle board, snorkeling gears if we want to do stuff around the resort. We paid for the boat service $86 US dollar per person and it’s worth it for the long journey to get to the resort. One things I feel like it should improve is hotel should have more selection of food.

Beautiful resort in the southern end of the main island. Super friendly staff. We could also see eagle rays and a sting ray from our bungalow which was great. Would go there again if I had the time and budget for it.

I woud recommend this hotel and island to everyone. The over-water bungalow is the way to go. The weather was real good, 87F daily but a sweet constant breeze. The water temp was great, no wetsuit needed for scuba diving, just a Tshirt. My wife and I would like to share how happy we were to celebrate our 30th Anniversary at your wonderful hotel, The Intercontinental Le Moana. Thank you to all of your staff! They were all professional, courteous, helpful, and very attentive. From the front desk staff, the person that showed us our room, the short-order cook, and the wait staff, we were very well taken care of. The over-water bungalow room was great. The view was fantastic, looking out across the lagoon to the mountain! The accommodation was very functional, comfortable and easy to relax in. The swim platform and outdoor shower are super. Roll out of bed, have a swim, and rinse off - awesome. Breakfast was delicious and the varied selections kept it different each day. Dinners were very good and well presented. I enjoyed a Havana Club 7 as a starter - what a treat as it is not available in the USA. I'm an IHG member and travel for work and stay in several hotels and eat in countless restaurants every month. I very much appreciate the attention to detail and customer service at Le Moana. Thank you for our wonderful stay.
