The hotel has by far the best place to stay, especially for your pilgrimage. Amazing food, even for foreign cuisine. They still can match the level of authenticity! Great service as well! The room service is amazing, always try their best to help you with your needs and the waiter is as best. Always have a friendly face, matched with their level of service. Shout-out for Abdurrahman from the Restaurant, always ready to help me. Highly recommended!

I had an wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet! The variety of options was impressive, everything was fresh, well-prepared, and constantly replenished, ensuring that every dish was at its best. A special thank you to Arif, our server, who provided outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. I spent the best days of my life at this Hotel during Hajj 2025. Beautiful rooms, great hospitality and prime location given the distant to Al Masjid Al Haram. As a vegetarian, I would recommend looking at enhancing the menu, buffet and ingredients to better suit other vegetarians.
