InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa by IHG

Outstanding hotel - some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. The staff are really friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcomed on the island. Excellent buffet breakfast. The spa is really relaxing and has a sauna and steam room too. Weather was wonderful as well!

This location is truly beautiful. From the moment we arrived to the intercontinental, we were greeted with a golf cart ride from the parking lot to the lobby, where we were offered ginger welcome juice drinks, a quick check in, and a tour of the grounds. The front desk is very hospitable and can help exchange US currency. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable, with daily room service. Each room comes with several bottles of water, which is replenished each day (so helpful in Dominica’s humidity!) If you are looking for a private, safe, quiet, and serene spot to vacation – this is certainly the spot - we felt as though we had the entire resort to ourselves at each moment! The breakfast was my favorite meal - a large buffet style with a few new items each day to keep it exciting. I cannot recommend this resort enough!

The stay was fine, my main disappointment was from the pool bar cocktails, they were watered down, too sweet and just did not have that "house made" taste or touch, it seems to be a mix of ready made and some fresh. But that was extremely disappointing for the cost, when u spend this much on drinks, u expect the top.of the top, especially at a five start hotel. Very disappointed
