InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong by IHG

After an initial check in issue, which was quickly rectified by Duty Manager Edward Huang, we ended up having a fantastic stay at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford. Mr Huang, ensured we were comfortable for the rest of our stay which we are grateful for. He ensured our continued loyalty with IHG. The club lounge service, food and drinks was also very good and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Frank who was very personable and welcoming to our family. Also, Zack who assisted us everyday at the lounge. He even remembered our drink orders after the first night which was impressive. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Hong Kong.

Rooms are spacious and have good views but it all depends upon what your room selection is. I stayed in the Premium room, which had a king-size bed, had tabled and revolving chair, an additional cushion chair and a coffee table. The hotel provides complimentary 300ml water cans like the cola cans. The cabinets could have been more clean. Room service was good. Breakfast options were nice, they have breads, omelettes, bakery items, some Indian dishes, Chinese dishes, corn flakes varieties, etc. Breakfast service staff were courteous.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The overall service was excellent; after confirming my check-in information, I was invited to the club lounge to complete the process, which felt very welcoming. I would like to highlight the outstanding service from Frank, Magumi and Eddy in the club lounge. Their attentive and warm service made a significant difference in the overall experience, making guests feel valued and cared for. Looking forward to my next stay at the hotel and another delightful experience.
