The most beautiful hotel in Marseilles. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Grounds were exquisite. Location cannot be beat. Close to everything we wanted to see/do. I would stay again.
The housekeeping had the best service, had the quickest response to our needs than any other hotels we've stayed in. The valet was also very professional and had a friendly manner. It was in general the most pleasant stay for my family.
The concierge staff were extremly helpful. I thought the location was great as the harbor and restaurants are nearby. The rooms were also very nice with a view across the harbor. I had a rental car available and used the hotel as a base to travel around the south of France. Would I go back? Absolutely.
