Intercontinental mzaar has always been the leader of Ski resorts in the Middle East. We have been here several times but this time we were amazed by the renovation and the impeccable service and the cleanliness. In a single word flawless. Congratulations

Room was ok. Nothing special and quite basic. The swimming pool was nice and heated. The quality of food on pool was good but took ages to arrive. Also not enough sunbeds on the pool. The breakfast was good too, not great, just good. When checking out, reminded reception that our checkout is 1pm as per Agoda, bur they refused until I argued and showed them the booking which states checkout is 1pm. They still called room at 12:34pm to tell us to leave. Cinema is closed. Play area is very basic. Games room was not working. Valet charges $10 a night. Why? Greed. It’s not like you don’t have the space. It’s just a sad money making scheme. Hotels worldwide including intercontinental offer this for free. The ac in the room was quite noisy and did not cool the room enough. The price should mean a flawless stay, and this was not flawless.

The rooms are so outdated. The Ac was so noisy and loud all night and I couldn’t sleep. I informed the reception and they said they will fix the issue. The second night i experienced the same problem ! And literally i woke up with the AC off ! I barely slept for 2 nights and literally zero efforts were made from the management to rectify the problem ! Not to mention the food is below average ! Food took ages to be served ! The taste and quality were below average. Unfortunately everything is going downhill in this place !
