Emily at the front desk was pleasant, welcoming when we arrived. She explained everything about our room and what benefits by being a IGH member, but our fruit platter never came. There was another lovely lady in a clown costume making balloons for everyone who had a beautiful smile and didn't mind adults wanting her bow and arrows! She made our day!
Located near the land crossing boarder between ZhuHai and Macau....the underground mall is massive with all sorts of shops and filled with dinning options. The rooms are clean and huge
Flora and Nick both went above and beyond. Flora spoke really great English and was really pleasant to talk to. Her authenticity and professionalism is the perfect balance. Nick also genuine interest to help us with where to go was memorable. Would come back to this hotel. Intercontinental hasn’t fail to disapppoint.
