I was supposed to go for my flight/ work and leave the hotel at 12:45 PM, I had ordered food from in-house dining at 11:00 Am and I didn’t hear from them, their line was busy, most likely because someone had kept the landline on the table or off the receiver , it was quite evident. And then when I called at the reception, they directed me to the in-house dining team and they said they had no clue about this and they didnt let me finish, and I experienced the same at the reception.
