Great location and view from the room, rooms are spacious and super clean, staff members are so polite, Zaatar Manoushe at breakfast was soo good! 🤤 Definitely recommended and for sure would consider staying at the hotel again!
Very clean and neat, the room and bathroom/shower are as good as you would expect. Double check the location on Maps with the hotel because it might be a little off.
The staff is very friendly helpful nice and respectful- the location is nice with great view of the town- rooms are clean and great size- we stayed in the family suite 2 rooms one king bed and 2 double beds. Price in March 2020 for the suite was 200,000 lbp. The worst part was the mattress in the king Bedroom. The worst I’ve ever seen — me and my wife still suffering from the back pain after 4 days- once you lay on it you can feel the mattress springs punching your back - room 402 - I needed to take a shower but no hot water at all - power went off for few minutes at midnight so room heater cut off and won’t start back on no matter what I tried . In the morning room was chilly. I don’t think I’ll repeat this experience when I’m back in Jezzine again.
