Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel

I arrived 24/06 early morning and stayed few days only and its amazing hotel with friendly staff , with nice service nad food . Front desk MS. ZARA and others staff was so helpful .Guest relations officer Ms KUMRU was so kind and i get best service's . I would like to thanx all of them.

We stayed for four nights in March 2025, double room, very spacious, clean, renovated big bathroom, comfortable beds, highly professional service, solid breakfast. Towels changed every day, water bottles refilled free of charge. I recommend this place.

Unfortunately i have to say something i don't want to say but otherwise i would have rented room for 800 lira i have very little money and didn't sense body almost sixteen years and have huge disability it is very sad for this price that excactly when i went there during opening times the swimmingpool was cleaned,floor but for several hours,noone told before and u wanted to go directly at 2 pm but because of handicap i couldn't and hamam also wasn't working luckily sauna and first impression was good and even bathtubs i hope i am allowed to use And i meditated in meditationroom restingroom but than a worker talked very loud very long in front of the restingroom on the telephone Sorry i have to say that but anyone not only highsensitive would,if being in restingroom where it's supposed to be quiet. So i had to leave. i don't have the energy to say something also i am shy and person was talking very loud directly in front of the room without thinking about a guest meditating there. This is a special place for people to make therapy and rest ,a very special unique exceptional event,so called medical thermal bath because of that right i am very sad i couldn't swim i was told it is possible all time from opening until midnight during Ramadan and at six pm i was wondering that it wasn't possible to swim 2 hours still i was expecting more for that price i need to say i don't know why hamam didn't work Maybe only with more people but it should always work or you should tell before because people come here and pay for that to go any time they need when it's open Sorry to say that but i am very sensitive and it is very special occasion i am not here every day
