ITC Gardenia a Luxury Collection Hotel Bengaluru

The hotel is very clean, with spacious and luxurious rooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful and understands very well what hospitality means. The food was excellent, with plenty of Indian and western dishes. I especially liked walking around and sitting in the huge lobby and bar at night, with a pleasant evening breeze. I will stay here again next time, despite the long commutes.

One of the finest hotels I’ve ever experienced. The service is truly exceptional—beyond words. Every staff member is warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their in-house Japanese restaurant, Edo, is absolutely to die for. A solid 10/10… if not more. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Overall the property is beautiful but I was placed on a floor with active construction. The hall smelled like paint and the noise of the workers was unbearable. One night I was awaken from my sleep at 2AM. The balcony was also hard to enjoy with bird droppings on the furniture. Housekeeping was not up to standard as I found food particles from previous guests in the carpet and stains on my sheets. I unfortunately cannot say I had a luxurious stay. My shower also flooded the bathroom the first night because the water was not draining. I will say, I enjoyed the exclusive Wednesday happy hour and most of the staff was warm and welcoming. The amenities were also nice but overall this didn’t meet the mark of a 5 star experience. I would likely stay at the JW if I returned to Bangalore.
