Had an amazing stay at ITC Grand Goa. The hospitality was top-notch—smooth check-in, warm and well-trained staff, and prompt service throughout. The property is HUGE and beautifully maintained, but buggies were always available, making it easy to get around. The pool is vast and perfect for relaxing, and the private beach is clean, peaceful, and well-kept. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable experience. Definitely coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely time at ITC Grand Goa. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly warm, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well taken care of, which really added to the experience. The property itself is beautiful and has a very calming vibe perfect for a peaceful getaway. Big thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome and comfortable at every step. That said, there are a couple of things that could be better. The restaurant menu prices are quite high, especially after taxes, and the portions felt a bit small for the price. Also, while the room was spacious and comfortable, it’s starting to show some signs of wear and tear. We also had a bit of an issue with condensation inside the room, even though we kept the balcony doors shut as advised. Still, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. With a few improvements, this place can easily be among the very best in Goa.
