Ithaa Dhigurah Maldives

It is my second time at Ithaa Dhigurah hotel and I will definitely come again! The location is gorgeous, the food is tasty, the service is amazing. Mujib did a great job cleaning our room as it was cleaned daily and we were also surprised by a very tasty dinner at the beach at the end of our vacation. The trips to nurse sharks and manta rays were amazing and gorgeous, Mekey took great videos and photos! All the staff is professional and friendly, it is always a pleasure to come back here!

Wonderful Stay at Ithaa Dhigurah From the moment we stepped off the boat (which the hotel kindly organized), we felt welcomed and cared for. Being greeted with fresh coconuts was such a thoughtful and refreshing touch. Our ground-floor room was spacious and well-designed, with great toilet amenities. We especially appreciated the separate bathroom and toilet setup, which kept everything dry and convenient. The location is a bit of a walk from bikini beach (about 15 minutes), but we recommend renting a bike or motorcycle to explore the island, as Dhigurah is quite long and beautiful to discover. The hotel took care of all our tours, making everything so easy and seamless. Every morning, breakfast was a delight—we placed our orders the evening before, and it was always perfectly prepared. The service was impeccable. The staff truly made our stay exceptional, always willing to help and sharing friendly chats. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Ithaa Dhigurah is a gem, combining excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and the natural beauty of the Maldives. Highly recommended!

Amateur hour. Booked a few nights a few months in advance. Messaged the hotel on whatsapp to confirm the speedboat transfer weeks in advance and was given assurance we had a reservation for 2 people. Then we couldn't reach the hotel and no instructions were given on where to go and who to look for after we arrived in Male. We had to cold call other hotels in dhigurah just to figure it out. Then after we got led to the speedboat and boarded we were kicked out because apparently the hotel booked the wrong transfer time for us! Anyway we got lucky there were no shows and we were allowed to board even if the boat was full. For such a highly rated hotel that prides itself in service, we got nothing but a quick sorry from the hotel when we arrived like nothing happened. What a joke. Even the room was a joke. Looks nicer in photos than in real life. We just decided to move to another more comfortable property on the island.
