truly a great choice for everyone! I stayed here and was impressed. This hotel is perfect for families due to its comfortable facilities and atmosphere. For business travelers, the location is strategic and the facilities support work needs. Even for young people, the hotel still feels vibrant and enjoyable. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the great food. The menu selection was diverse and the taste was satisfying. The service at the restaurant was also very good and helpful, especially from Mbak Nadya, Bang Jay, and Mas Candra. Thank you for your hospitality and assistance during my breakfast! Keep up the excellent work..
I can be confident to say that Janevalla is an amazing hotel. With the 24 hours check in hotel its really super convenient for such a tourist like me who’ll cant predict what time for me to reached the hotel itself. Also dont forget about the location, is easy access to almost every touristic places in Bandung. Rooms are comfy and clean, amenities are complete. But the most important thing is, the service! Man, you wont believe how the staff are super friendly, welcome, helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond just to make sure that you enjoy your stay with them. Fe: i was having a problem due to the third parties booking situation, they assured me, that everything will be done properly, and yeah they did as what they said. I will definitely come back. Thank you Janevalla and teams! And especially Ms. Imma! Such a professional and helpful and always smiling, thank you for all the assistance that you’ve been extend during my stay! 😇
This is my first time staying at this hotel, and my experience has been quite good. I booked two rooms, and in terms of cleanliness, everything was excellent. However, there was one drawback — in one of the rooms we booked, there was no hanger for towels and clothes. As for breakfast, the food was very delicious with a wide variety, and the service was excellent, especially from staff member Nadya, who was very friendly and extremely helpful in serving food and drinks.
