it's five star resort situated little outside in Noida. ambience is good. rooms are clean but need maintenance. little bit expensive but value for money. breakfast buffet is awesome. staff is helping in nature. widely speared property good for family trip.

Booked a stay at Jaypee Greens Resort as a birthday gift for my wife, who stayed with our 8-year-old daughter and elderly in-laws. What should have been a peaceful, memorable getaway turned into a shocking experience. They found a dead lizard on the bed — yes, on the bed. For a so-called 5-star resort, this is an outrageous hygiene lapse. It’s not just about poor housekeeping — it’s a complete failure in basic sanitation and guest safety. What’s worse? We raised the issue formally and sent a detailed email to the management requesting an urgent response and escalation. It’s been days, and no one has even bothered to revert to the follow up emails. This level of indifference is simply disgraceful. If you care about cleanliness, accountability, or your family’s comfort and health — look elsewhere. Jaypee clearly doesn’t value its guests once they’ve paid.
