Jays Guest Rajagiriya Colombo

We stayed at Jays Guest in Rajagiriya for a few days and had a really pleasant experience. Although it's an apartment setup, our room came with a private attached bathroom, while other rooms share a common one. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. The apartment has a spacious living and dining area, which added to the comfort. During our stay, my wife and I had a good amount of privacy, which we appreciated. We were also free to use the kitchen, which was convenient for preparing our own meals when needed. One of the highlights for me was being able to use the large living area as my remote workspace. Fortunately, there were barely any other guests around during our time there, so I had plenty of quiet and space to focus on work. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is also quite central and easy to access from the main areas of Rajagiriya. Overall, it was a simple but pleasant stay, especially for couples or solo travelers looking for affordable, quiet accommodation with decent amenities. Would recommend if you're looking for a private, low-key spot to relax or even work remotely.

This is a great place to stay in Colombo for cheap reasonable price. Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. Private bathroom and shared kitchen with facilities including cooker, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen wares. Lobby area has Tv, sofa, air cooler, and coffee table. Also has washing machine and ironing facilities. Neighbourhood looks unsafe, but within the residence it is much safer and monitored by CCTV cameras. Free parking available. Wi-Fi is not fast but works.

This is an apartment rent house. There were 2 units which similar to eachother. Luxury apartment house for an unbeatable and reasonable price. Spotless and cleaned well. Each unit includes 03 air conditioning rooms with queen size bed, attached bathroom with hot water for each. Kitchen with all facilities which letting you cook your own meals at anytime. (Gas, electricity, water, all kitchen equipments included to the rates) Lobby area with Tv, sofa, air cooler, and coffee table. Dinning area with a pantry too. As this is located in top of the building (06th floor) it's letting you have a nice view of Kotte, Rajagiriya and Baththaramulla city areas. I must say about safety and security. This place is more secured with 24/7 security officers, CCTV and lockable gates and doors for all the time. Nice guy at the place to serve you too. Highly recommended for ladies and kids to stay there as you don't have to worry about your safety. Hope this is the top rated apartment house you find at very reasonable and affordable price. Just have your family or friends to be there and have some relaxing time.
