Had a great stay. Staff is super friendly. The service throughout the hotel was beyond exceptional. Every staff member is warm, welcoming, and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything. The hotel is flawless. Housekeeping did an outstanding job and was caring about our room each day. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend it to anyone for the service you get for the price you pay. Honestly, I cannot find a single thing to improve. I know for sure I’ll be coming back

Jazz Aquamarine Hotel Review The Jazz Aquamarine Hotel provides a fantastic, relaxing getaway. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is excellent. The hotel is very clean, and the food is delicious with a great variety. A Special Shout-Out to the Animation Team A highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment. The animation team works tirelessly to make sure everyone has a great time, from daytime activities to evening shows. We especially want to recognize Karolina from Ireland. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and she made a huge effort to include everyone and make them feel welcome. She's a true asset to the team! We highly recommend the Jazz Aquamarine for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel itself is a very good place with huge, open spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful. ​However, there were a few issues. The food tasted good, but it lacked the variety you would expect from a five-star hotel, and the desserts were terrible. I had a major problem with my room key, having to replace it every day, which suggests an issue with the door. ​The pools were plentiful, but they all had a maximum depth of 140 cm. The sea is also very shallow, so you can't swim there unless you go a long way out. The aqua park was decent, with nine slides for adults, but it's worth noting that it blocks the "sea view" from some of the rooms. ​The water provided by the hotel, "Jaz Water," was not very good.
