Beautiful place, hotel was so lovely and the staff can't do enough for you. Animation team have loads of activities for kids and adults too. Our cleaner did towel animals for the kids which they loved. There was 5 big pools to chose from and 3 baby pools. The beach was great for snorkeling seeing loads of fish near the reed which wasn't too deep for the kids.

One of the best all-inclusive resorts I’ve ever visited. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a peaceful pool view and a modern, minimal design. Everything is well organized and clean across the entire resort. The food was excellent throughout the stay. The main buffet had a great variety that changed daily, and there were plenty of snacks available at all times The water park is absolutely incredible huge, clean, and full of exciting slides for both adults and kids. Pools are well maintained, and there’s a heated one in winter. Daily activities and evening shows were entertaining without being over the top. Even though the hotel isn’t directly on the beach, free shuttles run frequently to a private, clean beach with crystal clear water and excellent snorkeling. Customer service is polite, efficient, and respectful. The entire place feels safe, welcoming, and relaxing. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a luxurious yet fun experience in Hurghada. Will definitely come back again.

All staff are so attentive, helpful and friendly. Nothing was ever too much for them and they were amazing with the children. The animation team were such a fun bunch, with amazing energy. Big shout out to Maria who was LOVELY, my daughter made a best friend in her! Rooms were beautiful and clean. Always see cleaners around the hotel. 2 Lifeguards at every pool who always helped us to find sunbeds and helped us with our bags. The activities for children were out of this world, including a pink party, street festival and kids carnival. 100% recommend this hotel. We hope to be back!
