The hotel was wonderful - very clean, with delicious food and an amazing team in every department. Reception staff, waiters, pool staff, and restaurant teams were all fantastic, incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The housekeeping staff worked with great attention to detail, kept our rooms spotless, and were always willing to help. Lifeguards by the pools were very friendly, always up for a chat, and had a positive attitude. The gentlemen who took care of cleanliness and the hotel grounds, including the gardeners, were also very polite and kind. The animation team did a great job keeping guests entertained. However, we did feel a bit overwhelmed by one of the animators, Lucy. Unfortunately, her approach was extremely pushy and at times made us uncomfortable. She often insisted we join activities, shouted into our ears to participate, and even pulled us by the hands despite our polite refusals. Her sarcasm and insistence created moments of genuine discomfort. On several occasions, after we had already declined multiple times, she would stand in front of us during evening events as if to keep herself visible to us. She also strongly pressured us to write a positive review about her, staying beside us until it was published, which felt very intrusive. Overall, everything at the hotel would have been perfect if not for Lucy’s approach towards us.

Great hotel, it has own coral reef just in 10-15 meters from the beach. You can do snorkeling or diving. The hide-tide is just a few meters and you don’t have to walk on a platform 100 meters so you can reach the sea. Food in general was good, stuff is very polite. There is no loud music on the beach which for me was great, you can relax. The hotel is green star and they don’t polite with plastic water bottles - they provide filtered water in glass in the room. If you wish you could bring your own bottles instead of using carton cups. One thing I missed in the room balcony was drying rack or something like this. We had chairs in the balcony which were a little rusty and stained some of our clothes.

The hotel was mesmerizing!! Everything was absolutely amazing, the variation of the food was addicting and overly delicious, making me and my family wish to try it all! The cleaness of the hotel was impressive, and everything was clean. Everyone was incredibly kind-hearted and sweet, along with the amazing service, but Moaz was one if our favorite. He is very orginazed and efficent in his job. He was very sweet and welcoming, and always done a great job cleaning, making us always satisfied once we returned back to our villa. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and both me and my family recommends it to everyone. 5/5!!
