Jaz Makadi Sarays is one of the beautiful and relaxing place we ever been to. The service level is really high and every single employee makes sure you have a unforgettable vacation. The rooms are comfortable ; always clean and super nice. The food was always fresh; delicious and varied. Last but not least the amazing animation team ❤️ whether kids club, kids disco, water gymnastics ,the entertainment or the daily night shows was just rousing and indescribably amazing!!! We never seen such an caring , motivated and wonderful animation team - thank you for giving our vacation the extra sparkle.

Water is filtered and not good quality served by glass. I drunk a lot of water and felt not watering my reservation description of the room type and room allocation was not right even hotel name in my reservation was missing, room is very old furniture, food not the best 3 days same food provided same dishes only too much salad but main dishes is a few , the surroundings areas and garden is beautiful swimming pool is good, beach very far away walking under the sun 20 minutes from my room , my room number was 2145 Check in 1/8 check out 3/8 Reception is good but no action to solve any issues even they knew there is a mistake proved with documents Restaurants and bars staff very good and helpful So this hotel really has a lot of good staff but the problems was for price against quality, there is no quality in the room old furniture or in the restaurants food not good quality even water bad filter so all those bad quality again expensive price, I paid for 2 nights 500$ it’s not worthy
