Jaz Neo Dar El Madina

An amazing place with spectacular staff. There is a special attention for the details and you can see it. The place is very clean, the rooms are spacious as the bathrooms. The food at the hotel's restaurant is really good. A generous buffet, pheraps not vegan sometimes but I'm sure if you have special dietery requests the kitchen staff is happy to satisfy it. The whole building is very big with lots of activities to do and an enthusiasm animation staff. The pool is well mantained and spacious as the acquapark. Thera are various shops in the building but I do not recommend buying from them as the prices are ridiculously high. You rather visit the city near by, Port Ghalib, and buy from there. Same for the activities proposed buy external people in the hotel, don't fall for the first person who tries to sell you a safari experience or similar, look araund first. Highly recommend and looking forward to go back!

I spent 8 days at Jaz Dar El Madina and although the start of our holiday had a few issues, everything changed after I spoke with Mr. Hasaan Youssef and Mr. Kareem Taher. They listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and made sure everything was fixed quickly and professionally. Thanks to them, the rest of our stay was absolutely amazing! I also want to give a big thank you to the team at the Italian à la carte restaurant – especially the two fantastic head waiters, both named Mohammed, and Ahmed. They truly made our dinners special. Thank you again to the entire team serving all the day with drinks and food for turning things around. We ended up having a fantastic holiday, and it’s all thanks to your care and effort!

This hotel is advertised as a 3-star, but in reality it barely reaches that level. The services and comfort are very poor, far below expectations. Everything feels cheap, outdated, and not worth the high price they charge. Definitely not good value for money – I cannot recommend it.
