The most friendly staff members, specially the most welcoming and supportive ever ‘Mohamed Tarek’- Guest relations. Hashem at the lobby is super friendly and nice, Ahmed at the main reception is super friendly and nice, the animation team is super nice and cool, my kids had the greatest experience and memories in this place, we really enjoyed every second.
The hotel is Amazing. The Food is very tasty and delicious. The all staff are friendly. The pool is warm and the hotel have very nice coral reef. Room is very clean . The reception is friendly and help you any time. Animation is amazing and funny (especially Shams , Mada and Chocolate).We definitely come back
3.5 out of 5. And I'm being very lenient. Solid food Staff is not bad, but also not on the top level - some waiters are pleasant, some more or less passive aggressive. We never had digestive issues in Egypt. Until Jaz - entire family in cramps, shivers, the whole deal. Something is off here hygiene-wise. Electrical outages, water outages. Not really the fault of the hotel, but unacceptable at the same time. Really great work of the Animation/Kids club service! All in all, ok for the money, but far from the really good ones.
