Great hotel. Great location, close to Orchard road, the botanic gardens and transport links right outside the door. Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of quality foods on rotation and of very high quality. The buffet seafood dinner in the same dining area has some amazing dishes to choose from and desserts too, the chocolate fountain being a highlight with kids.

Held our wedding at Hotel Jen Tanglin back in June 2025 and the experience was impeccable! A big thanks to Phoebe, our wedding in charge for accommodating to our last min requests and trying her best in making our experience memorable / fuss free. Appreciate the time, efforts and sincere customer service acts which Phoebe has exhibited professionally throughout. Jen Tanglin feels like home to me! The staff know me well and often refer to me as Mr. Khan, and I truly appreciate them. While most of them are highly professional, there are a few who go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Whether it’s the cleaning team, reception, live cooking station during breakfast, or the lounge, everything is managed by dedicated professionals with great energy and attention to detail. I wish all the staff at this hotel continued success and all the very best!
