This is a small gratitude towards a very kind worker called hemalatha in the reservation desk. I ordered a surprise cake to be delivered to my sister who stayed in that hotel. The amount of care and effort she took and made sure it reached her was really heart touching. She was so concerned, polite and pleading with her talks. Would definitely visit this place only to meet her.

I’ve been a resident of Coimbatore for 15 years before moving to Bangalore for business, and whenever I return, I always choose this hotel.
