Great hotel with spacious rooms, clean bedsheets, and a massive pool. Free coffee, tea, and hard liquor available, plus a welcome dance. Restaurant serves excellent food—breakfast included, supper extra but affordable. Peaceful river-view rooms offer sights of elephants and cows, with a swing over the water. Plenty of helpful staff, very clean overall. Only downside: shower had no side walls, but it wasn’t a big issue.

It’s a great place to relax and unwind, whether you’re on a vacation or a business trip. And the best part? There are plenty of activities nearby to keep you entertained. Plus, this brand-new hotel has all the modern amenities you need. And guess what? In 2024, Jetwing Kandy Gallery won the Gold Award for Presidential Environmental Awards for their sustainability efforts. They’ve taken ISO certifications for their environmental management system and food safety management system, and they’ve also received a travel life sustainability certification from the Global Sustainability Tourism Council. So, if you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and environmentally friendly place to stay, look no further than Jetwing Kandy Gallery. The staff was super friendly and caring. I was only able to stay for one night, but I’ll definitely be back when I visit Kandy next time!

4.5/5 from and 4/5 from my wife. Overall the food was splendid, I’ve never tasted desserts that well made in Sri Lanka before where the aromas hit your palette while you chew. Dinner and lunch were amazing, but breakfast had a little bit of room for improvement. Overall, the service was excellent and so was the view and most importantly we had peace and quiet. The property is on the banks of rhe mahaweli river and especially lovely to look at from the jacuzzi! Our butler Vijitha was very helpful and always made sure that our every need was met.
