Excellent experience at the Hotel JF Grand in Puebla. I was here for a month for a work trip and it became like a second home. I'm grateful to the staff for their hard work and level of detail. The hotel is located in a safe area with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops down Avenida Juarez. The rooms are nice with high quality beds. There's a hotel bar and the food is amazing. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Puebla.
Poor service, not according to the hotel’s self proclaimed “premium class”. Food is mediocre-bad, and restaurant service is almost not existent.
It is promoted as a 5 star hotel but in the counter they indicate they are 3 to 4. They try to charge more twice, indicating our room was not ready, even at check in hour, as we did not accept extra charges for another room but we accept the reimbursement as they were not ready, we received immediately our keys (therefore the rooms were ready)
