Jharna Resort

Our resort experience was generally good, with relaxation and rejuvenation being the highlights amidst the beautiful scenery. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness would have made a big difference if consistently implemented. The food and drink options were a plus, especially since they accommodated latecomers. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, adding to our comfort. The pool area was exciting, with music. However, the resort had some drawbacks. The surrounding environment was damp, making it uncomfortable to stay in balcony. Overcrowding was an issue, particularly in the restaurant where seating space was limited for larger groups.

The property was dirty, pool was filthy and the entire property needs maintenance. When we checked in there was no water kn the property for almost 4 hours and there was no prior intimation to us. The staff at the reception was very rude and had zero manners to speak with guests. WiFi is not very reliable so please consider this if you are relying on wi-fi for work. The only saving grace was the food and the serving staff. The serving staff and kitchen staff was friendly. Food was delicious.

Absolutely the Worst Resort Experience – Avoid at All Costs If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. Check-in took nearly an hour with disinterested, unhelpful staff who acted like we were an inconvenience. No welcome, no explanation of amenities, and definitely no sense of hospitality. The room was a disaster—dirty sheets, a broken AC unit, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was no water supply for four hours as soon as we checked in As for the advertised “luxury amenities”—the pool was filthy, , and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Add in rude staff, noisy hallways all night, and zero communication from management, and you have a truly miserable experience. This place ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.
