Ji Hotel Orchard Singapore

Amazing location, very close to the mall and MRT and near Orchard, but in the quiet part. Spacious room compared to other ones that we've stayed at in Singapore before. Has clean and useful laundry and ironing facilities, so this was very useful. Tea was great! The staff at the reception (especially Lily) were very attentive and helpful. Would stay here again next time we go back to Singapore. Thank you!

The location is very convenient, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the price is reasonable. Special thanks to Rajpreet at the front desk – she was incredibly warm and welcoming, and helped us a lot during our stay. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference in our experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Singapore. Highly recommended!

Good value hotel stay for Singapore. Looks newly refurbished, just taken over by the Chinese chain I think. Good laundry facility is a plus. Location is optimal for me, having lived in Singapore for years before and visiting again now. Some bits need to be worked out by management, like the TV setup and screen projection. I strongly encourage the hotel management to hold their supplier, Singtel to higher standards.
