Highly recommend if you are traveling with kids . Have a nice outdoor hot springs pools and swimming pool suitable for kids. Suggest booking rooms with hotspring bath tub , hotspring spring water in room is more concentrated than outside . Indoor naked pool is Ordinary; bath rooms , sauna and steamer are old and gives a weird smell . Highly recommend private bath . Price was it was a bit expensive since it was public holiday time . Our lodging included breakfast and dinner ( 5 dishes and a soup). Breakfast is ordinary . Nice place for a weekend getaway

Horrible service, horrible attitude and not friendly towards families. If you are traveling with a family member that is unavailable to go in the water, in my case, I have a toddler and my wife couldn't get in the water, and they had to wait. Apparently you can't go in the pool area if you're not wearing swimsuit, even if you wanna buy a ticket just to sit at the tables by the pool, you can't. 😂. And

Outdoor baths were not clean, general environment was grimy and unkempt, baths didn’t actually have much mud and there is no thick mud to slather at all. On top of that a day pass costs 400 which is too steep considering the facilities
