It is simply amazing place 💚 beach front hotel 💚 we got a small cabana cleaned & tidy.. The staff is very kind & helpful ... we were served with a delicious buffet .... not lot varieties but tasty meals..... pool is cleaned and good. They held outdoor & indoor wedding ceremonies too.❤
A peaceful and relaxing beachfront resort! The rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful sea view. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The pool was well maintained, and the food at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety. Ideal spot for a quiet getaway or family vacation. The beach is just steps away, perfect for sunrise walks. Highly recommend for those visiting Trincomalee!
A beautiful property to enjoy your holiday however the maintenance is not up to the standard. The front office staff are a joke as they wanted payments in advance unlike any other hotels. I would be surprised if the management doesn't want to make changes to staff/ room maintenance, as we all want to have a great experience for the money that is spent.
